The mission of Millard West Jr Wildcats Organization is to foster a healthy and safe culture of competition, inclusion, integrity, and fun for Millard West youth football teams. We are committed to providing our players the opportunity to compete with the best local youth football competition in the metro area, which is housed in the Metro Youth Football League.
